I started managing medical practices in 2012. Over the last 10 years, I have had the blessing of working with 12 Providers and 60 Support Staff while being responsible for all business operations of Multi-Million dollar budgets. I specialize in Business strategy, Information Technology integration and support, as well as Culture and Personnel Development. Between 2016-2019, I helped one practice experience a 300% growth in three years while maintaining high patient satisfaction and retention. I am passionate about helping providers improve and grow so that more people can have access to better healthcare. I finished my Bachelor's in 2018 and finished in December of 2020 my Masters in Executive Healthcare Leadership and Management from University of Texas at Dallas.
